The purpose of this half-day event is to allow you to gain further information about your potential course and to seek clarification and/or advice on any queries you might have. There are opportunities to speak informally with staff and students within the School, to find out more about the specific degree programmes for which you are holding offers, to learn more about Queen’s University Management School and life at Queen’s University in general. There will also be opportunities to talk to our recent graduates and some employers. Ultimately, we hope that you choose our programmes as your firm (CF) and insurance (CI) choices.
The Open Days are scheduled for Friday 15 February and Wednesday 10 April 2013. The formal talks will begin at 10 am but staff and students will be available to talk to you from 9.30 am onwards. In addition to the scheduled talks, there are opportunities to visit the award winning McClay Library, the Physical Education Centre, and The Elms Village (student accommodation). There are also opportunities for students who are interested in our Finance undergraduate programme to visit the First Derivatives Trading Room in QUMS in Riddel Hall.
