No title as yet (still early stages). Work is concerned with public-private partnerships (PPP) and private finance initiatives (PFI). I am hoping to look at the relationship between the bid criteria and operational performance measures over time in the full business cases of PPP/PFI contracts. (This may be subject to change.)
