Special Features
Students enrolled on the programme will be required to register as student members of the CIPD.

An additional fee is payable directly to CIPD.

Students will be eligible to apply for CIPD membership upgrade at the end of year 2 of the MA Human Resource Management, provided they have successfully completed years 1 and 2 of the programme.

Also a one-off payment to QUMS at registration in Year 1 and 2 of approx £250-£300 to cover the cost of a residential each year.
This programme is open to students from a range of backgrounds, industries and business sectors, not just those from HR.  The programme prepares students for a career in Human Resource Management and also in related areas such as Industrial and Employee Relations and General Management.  The programme examines specialist, HR areas and sets them in the context of general management.
