Applicants should hold a primary degree (or equivalent) with experience of personnel work or related personnel activities.
Due to the vocational nature of the programme, applications may be considered from applicants who are not graduates but who have relevant professional experience.
Personnel/management/administration-related experience and/or qualifications, will be taken into consideration in selecting successful applicants.
This will be based upon the level(s) at which the applicant has operated, and the duration employed at each level.

Applicants for whom English is not their first language would normally require either: an IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in all four elements, or a TOEFL score of 575 (paper-based), or 90 (internet-based), or 65% in the INTO English Language Exit Test or an equivalent qualification.
