The MSc Computational Finance and Trading programme is aimed at those who possess a good quantitative undergraduate degree and an analytical mind and who are currently working, or planning to work, in (i) a financial trading environment (ii) a quantitative role in financial services. The programme is also suitable for those who wish to pursue advanced research in computational finance. Graduates from Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science and Computer Science programmes are in particular encouraged to apply for entry to the programme.
The programme will equip students with the cutting-edge quantitative and computational techniques and strategies utilised by leading financial firms and will prepare students for future careers in a quantitative finance, trading or more general finance environment.
