The MSc Human Resource Management programme will provide students with the following benefits:
A series of dedicated workshops, which will provide students with practical skills in areas such as negotiation, consultancy and performance management.
Students will gain an in-depth learning of key aspects of HRM, for example design and implementation of award strategies; design of successful employment involvement schemes, to include types of participation, and communications strategies.
The programme will have a detailed examination of key elements of strategic HRM, for example how to complete a HR score card for the organisation.
