Welcome to our short course training and development programme for 2012/13. The wide range of topics on offer aims to meet the training needs of staff at all levels from private, public, community and voluntary sector organisations.  Courses are provided in the areas of management & leadership, business & organisation, quality & process management, communication and personal development. Delivered by experienced presenters and practitioners in their area, all training is practical, relevant, enjoyable and competitively priced.  They are specifically designed to help participants apply the knowledge and skills learnt, back in the workplace. The number of participants attending each course is always limited to ensure individual attention and effective practical workshop sessions
