Current students are advised to start the process of Career Planning in Year 1 and Mark meets with students as a group on a number of occasions to start the process. There are a host of useful resources on this site which will help and the links below will also help you think about your options. Biological Science students do have to take time to plan ahead and research their varied Career options. Students will typically either work in areas that are directly linked to their programme of study where they apply their scientific and technical skills, or utilise the skills picked up during their degree to work in broader areas of employment.
