COSHH
COSHH forms should be completed for all laboratory procedures where a risk to health and safety is perceived. Completed COSHH forms should be sent to the appropriate person(s) (Dr Alan Trudgett for biological hazards; Mr George Allen for chemical hazards) for approval, prior to signing by yourself, your supervisor & the school safety officer, Adrienne Healy. No laboratory work should be completed prior to the approval of the School safety officers. Copies are then held by yourself, your supervisor and the safety officer.
