Parasitology: Molecular mechanisms leading to drug resistance in helminth parasites
Identification of new drug targets for the treatment of fascioliasis caused by the liver fluke, Fasciola hepatica
Genetic Diversity in F. hepatica populations.

Characterisation of tubulin isotypes expressed in F. hepatica to determine if triclabendazole-resistance can be attributed to properties of these proteins or to changed expression levels of them

Molecular analysis of P-glycoprotein and glutathione S-transferase protein expression in triclabendazole - susceptible and triclabendazole - resistant F. hepatica
