Parasitology, helminth neurobiology, comparative endocrinology  Structural characterisation and expression analysis of neuropeptide signalling molecules in invertebrates and lower vertebrates  Pharmacological and physiology analyses of peptide signalling systems  Characterisation of novel therapeutic targets for parasite control.
