Purchase Orders

Any items that cannot be found in stores can be ordered via the School Office, using an order requisition form. These forms should be completed and authorised by the appropriate budget holder. Forms should go to Mary Devlin in the first instance or, in her absence, Elizabeth Purdy in the School Office. It is essential that full, correct details are provided on the order request forms. Incorrect or incomplete information leads to delays in placing orders. Requests are normally dealt with on a daily basis (time and staff permitting) and the orders are then e-mailed to the appropriate company. Urgent requests should be indicated under special instructions. When the request has been processed it will be returned to the budget holder, showing the Official Order Number and Date Processed. This infromation is essential for chasing up outstanding orders.
