The Open Learning division of School of Education has a long and proud tradition of offering short courses in a wide range of subjects. These courses are open to all adults regardless of qualifications or experience.  There is no upper age limit; however, the minimum age for students attending our adult education courses is 16, unless otherwise stated.

We offer 3 programmes each academic year.

•  The Autumn and New Year programme is published mid-August.

• Classes for the Autumn programme run from end of September to beginning of December.

• Classes for the New Year programme run from end of January to end of March.

• The Spring programme is published mid-March and the classes run from end of April to beginning of June.
