With over 170 students currently studying within doctoral research programmes, the School provides a rich and vibrant context for those wishing to undertake doctoral level degrees. The Doctoral Research Centre has been formed to co-ordinate the work of staff associated with the support of research degree programmes as well as provide a collective home for all doctoral students within the School of Education.
Doctoral degree students are encouraged to play a full and active role in relation to the wide range of research activities ongoing throughout the School of Education. In addition, research students organise and lead their own regular programme of postgraduate student activities including seminars and conferences.
