Thesis Title: The impact of conflict on the right to higher education: Does the human rights framework address it?

Summary of research: The purpose of the study is to understand the impact of conflict on higher education from the human rights perspective. Specifically, it will explore the claims and obligations that the right to higher education gives rise to, and how they are met or breached in the specific context of a prolonged military occupation.
