The School of Education offers a dynamic, stimulating and supportive environment for research students. There are a number of full time and part time students enrolled on research degrees and all contribute to the strong research culture within the School. This culture is evidenced by the regular School research seminars which often attract leading researchers in the field and in the annual doctoral conference which is organised by research students in education at UCD and Queen's. School staff can offer high quality supervision in a range of key areas and recent achievements in the Research Assessment Exercise reflect a continuing commitment to high quality educational research.
