Karen Carlisle is a Research Fellow employed on the ESRC ‘Learning in and for interagency working: Multiagency work in Northern Ireland project’.  She is currently writing up her PhD thesis on student teachers experiences of coteaching primary science. Her research interests include coteaching in initial teacher education, socio-cultural and activity theory research and innovative methodologies in educational research.
