Open Days
All 6th form students interested in studying these subjects are invited to come along to our Open Days in September. Students in Mathematics and/or Physics learn the very underpinnings of our World and our Universe, and at the same time become highly qualified for a variety of careers. Prospective students can come along to the New Mathematics Department (by the new Library) and the Department of Physics and Astronomy (by the Whitla Hall). There they can see demonstrations of these fundamental sciences, and talk to staff and students about furthering what they learn at A-Level or Leaving Cert to the very frontiers of knowledge.
