I joined the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at Queen's in 1999. My research is principally in Quantum Optics: Atom Optics, molecules/clusters in super-intense lasers, coherence and noise, laser cooling, quantum information technology, atoms in optical lattices and Bose condensates.
