Second International Students Association (ISA) Networking Event Takes Place at SMAE


The second networking event organised by the ISA for international students took place in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Queens on the 9th of December 2016.  On this occasion eight new members across all stages of our degree programmes, from Africa, China, India, Malaysia, Middle East and Asia, were formally introduced to the association.  Head of School Prof. Brian Falzon, presented the new members with their letters of offer and all present took the opportunity to network and socialise with new and existing contacts and friends.  ISA will continue to organise a variety of student-led activities and events for international students, such as festival celebrations for all cultures, sports activities, language support, social events etc. They also provide guidance to international students about living and studying in Belfast.  If you would like to be involved in ISA please contact Dr Chi-Wai Chan at:  A full gallery of images from this event can be viewed on our Facebook page.  You can connect to this using the link at the bottom of this page.
