Transatlantic Double Degree in Nursing (TADD)

The School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen’s University Belfast, in partnership with Washburn University (United States of America), Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences (Finland), and University of Szeged (Hungary), has developed a transatlantic double degree programme (TADD) which will enable full-time, nursing students to obtain an additional degree from a partner institution of higher education.  Funded jointly by the European Union and the US Department of Education, students undertaking the undergraduate programme are required to study at institutions located in both the European Union and in the United States.  On completion, successful students will be awarded two separate degrees by the participating institutions; one from Queen’s University Belfast and one from the host institution.
