Learning Outcomes
At the end of the session the student will:
Have extensive knowledge and understanding of risk management, its origins and impact on Health and Social Care provision.
Have extensive knowledge of the legislative and policy frameworks within which Risk Management operates.
Be able to critically evaluate risk and the ways in which it can be managed.
Have the knowledge and skill to risk management including conducting a risk assessment.
Have undertaken a review of key failures in risk management and the financial and other implications for people and organisations.
