Jayne Price, Sandra Ryan Research Fellow, has been given the Learning and Teaching Award by The Higher Education Academy (UK) for teaching excellence in Health Sciences and Practice. The aim of the award is to recognise exceptional contribution to teaching and student learning. Nominations were invited from a colleague and a student in order to highlight a teacher with expertise in facilitating learning and enhancing the student learning experience in Health Sciences and Practice subjects.
