Dr. Zhou’s main research interest is in evaluating the potential of novel peptides isolated from a variety of sources, including Traditional Chinese Medicines, leading to the development of new therapeutics. This involves isolation and structural characterisation of peptides/proteins, and determination and validation of targets.
