Being selected for a studentship at the School of Planning, Architecture and Civil Engineering, means benefitting from state-of-the-art research facilities. You will be supervised by established researchers, some of whom are internationally renowned. The work undertaken by successful candidates will normally extend over a period of 3 years and is expected to lead to the award of a PhD.
The application deadline for funded projects has now passed, however, candidates with their own sources of funding are still welcome to apply for any of the projects in the link below.
Further studentships are available to those eligible for China Scholarship Council funding (see CSC eligibility criteria) for the following projects:
