Constitutionalism Web-Papers (ConWEB) publish work in progress on constitutionalism and governance beyond the state. While ConWEB is interested in work by lawyers and political scientists, in particular, manuscript submission from related areas is encouraged as well.

Latest issues (all issues published since 2000 are available in the archive ):

1/2007 Equality, Authority, and the Locus of International Order Silviya Lechner
6/2006 The Problem of Legitimacy in the European Polity: Is Democratization the Answer Claus Offe, Ulrich K. Preuss
5/2006 Constructivist Approaches in International Relations Theory: Puzzles and Promises Antje Wiener
4/2006 A new Kind of Europe? Democratic Integration in the European Union James Tully

ConWEB was founded within the framework of the UACES Study Group on Constitutionalism and Governance Beyond the State by Professors Jo Shaw and Antje Wiener . The first ConWEB issues include a number of papers that had been presented at a series of workshops organised by the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at the Queen's University of Belfast and the Jean Monnet Chair of European Law at the University of Manchester , co-sponsored by UACES .

ConWEB is a member of the
European Research Papers Archive (ERPA).
