Developing Research Proposals Training Event

Dr Soule & QUB staff at the SSRS training event

The Social Science Research Society recently held its first training event,  “Developing Research Proposals”. The workshop was facilitated by Dr Daniel Soule, a freelance academic who specialises in supporting research writing. A number of good outline research proposals were developed during the intensive two day session and it is hope these will develop into funded projects in the near future.  Participants also valued the opportunity to mix and work with colleagues from different schools.
