Room and Equipment Booking
Crossland and 14 Malone Road Buildings
A room booking system is available which allows you to check the availability of all rooms in the BCB and 14 Malone Road building and to arrange equipment needed for the required room.
The BCB and 14 Malone Road room bookings are available for viewing in your web browser at the web address http://csweb1.cs.qub.ac.uk/roombooking
After you have checked the availability and the room is free, please contact Maria McKee by email
(m.mckee@qub.ac.uk) at the earliest opportunity so that the room can be reserved.
Can you also please ensure that you contact Maria by telephone on ext. 4669 to confirm the booking.
If you require any equipment for the room, please contact the technicians (ext 4631/2) in the Crossland Building to book this.
ECIT
A system, similar to the above, exists for rooms and equipment in the ECIT Building, and can be viewed at: http://private.ecit.qub.ac.uk/roombooking.
