There are six postgraduate Masters Degrees available and each is offered full-time over one calendar year.  Each is designed to achieve the balance of academic sophistication and practical skills needed in an industrial and/or practical environment.  Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Queen's is ranked 9th in the Times Good University Guide 2012 for this subject and among the top 100 in the world (QS World Rankings 2012).
