Learning Outcomes
Human Computer Interaction:
- Threshold: Show understanding of the roles of human factors, effective design, prototyping and usability assessment in developing software and hardware products. (Assessed by written examination).
- Develop appropriate user interfaces for specific applications and specific users using low and high fidelity prototyping. (Assessed by group project).
- Modal: Assess the usability of an application with respect to different user populations (Assessed by group project).
Teamworking:
- Threshold: Plan work with others and exchange constructive feedback on progress and present the outcomes of your joint work. (Assessed by peer evaluation).
- Modal: Reflect critically on your work with others to identify ways to improve your team working skills. (Assessed by individual report).
Skills
