Course Contents

Pn junction and bipolar transistor theory including breakdown, carrier profiles, current components, emitter efficiency, gains and transit times. MOS transistor threshold voltage and i-v characteristics. Silicon technology including ion implantatin, diffusion, oxidation and device fabrication.
