Course Contents

Construction of electrical machines - including properties and preparation of  materials and components.
Practical windings for a.c. machines. Voltage  generation and rotating field production.
Modelling and analysis of alternators and induction motor, synchronous motors and induction generators - performance  characteristics, applications and control.
