Digital Signal Processing

Course Contents

Historical perspective; Digital Signals and properties of linear time invariant systems; Frequency response of digital systems, including Discrete Fourier Transform and Convolution; Frequency domain analysis using Z-transforms; Digital filter design including FIR and IIR filters; Fast Fourier Transform properties and application; DSP applications- topics include DSP VLSI processors, Video Signal Processing, Speech and Audio Signal Processing.
