The Medicine At Queen’s open day takes place every February. Around 300 year 13 students from fifty schools across Northern Ireland visited the University to find out more about the courses on offer at Queen’s School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences and what to expect from a career as a GP, Surgeon, Forensic Pathologist, Obstetrician or Medical Researcher. Some of the students from this event in 2011 can be seen in the photographs below.
Also, the University holds two open days during September, at which there are representatives from Medicine. There will be a talk about admissions to medicine and the medical course at Queen's University. This event is available to students from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
Please visit the Queen's Open Days website for more information.
