As a School, we are committed to equipping our postgraduate students with the tools needed to maximise their personal and professional development through high quality teaching in an excellent learning environment. The School offers a range of both full-time and part-time Postgraduate Taught (PGT) programmes which should be attractive to local, national and international students.  Some of these programmes, such as the MRes in Translational Medicine, make an ideal stepping stone to a research PhD, while others are aimed at practising Health Care Professionals who wish to progress in their chosen career through the educational and promotional opportunities offered by a higher degree. Part-time courses are designed to be compatible with work and are structured flexibly, to allow completion of a full Masters qualification or early exit with a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma. All our courses are designed to be professionally relevant and help develop both discipline specific and more general transferable skills, promoting attitudes of lifelong learning and increasing graduate employability.
