Clinical Education

The Postgraduate Programme in Clinical Education is aimed at Doctors and Dentists who wish to improve their teaching skills and aims to:

  • To equip participants with the skills required to provide professional educational support for undergraduate and postgraduate trainees
  • To promote the acquisition of skills required to facilitate effective on-the-job learning
  • To foster the acquisition of skills required to undertake assessments in the workplace and in simulated environments
  • To promote the core skills required to mentor and support learners
  • To promote the core skills required to undertake appraisal
