Sociology student gains prestigious commendations
One of our BSc Sociology students, Sarah McKenna, has had not one but two pieces of coursework win ‘Highly Commended’ status in the Social Sciences: Sociology & Social Policy category of The Undergraduate Awards Programme 2017.
The global panel of experts considered Sarah's submissions to be ranked in the top 10% of all submissions.
As a Highly Commended Entrant of The Undergraduate Awards, her work has now been identified within nearly 6,500 submissions from students across 47 countries as among the best undergraduate coursework globally.
We are incredibly proud of Sarah's achievement and know that she will continue to excel in her final academic year. She has already kick started it with a busy Q-Step placement. See more at http://bit.ly/2wWoClZ
