Extended deadline for ASSET 2011 registration
Presenters (who have been notified that their abstract has been accepted by the ASSET International Scientific Committee) not yet registered for the ASSET 2011 Conference will have the opportunity to do so up until no later than Friday 18 February 2011.
After this date, any presenter who has not registered will be removed from the conference programme.
Conference Fees
Conference delegate rates are as follows (all prices shown in £GBP):
Full Conference rate: £150
Daily rate: £60
Special rates are available for delegates who are members of any of the following groups:
safefood Networks QSAFFE CONffIDENCE
Special group members rate: Full Conference: £50
Special group members rate: Daily rate: £20
Please note: the Conference Gala dinner is only included in the Full Conference rate and is not included in the Daily rate.
Cancellation Policy
This policy relates to all aspects of the registration fees above. Where a cancellation is made in writing/by email:- in the first instance a substitution can be made; or a refund will be issued as per the following:
Cancellation received on or before 7 February 2010: 50% refund only
Cancellation received after 7 February 2010: No refund
