Delegate Fees 

The full summit registration fee includes:

  • Welcome reception (Monday 28th May, Belfast City Hall)
  • Access to the Summit sessions
  • Access to the exhibition and posters
  • Delegate bag
  • Summit App
  • Tea, Coffee and Lunch
  • Complimentary WI-FI

 The following registration fees apply for ASSET 2018 and are in GBP and inclusive of VAT.

Terms and conditions of registration


Registration Cancellation Policy:

Up to 26th February 2018 – Full refund less £50.00 + VAT administration fee

After 26th February 2018 and before 26th March 2018 – 25% refund

From 26th March 2018 – no refund


Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances. 


Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:

Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ASSET Delegate Services Team at ASSET2018@conferencepartners.com. Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £50.00 + VAT administration fee.


In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.



Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:


Credit Card:

Payment by credit card is available only through the online form. We accept VISA and MasterCard.


Bank Transfer/Payment by Invoice:

If you select to pay via bank transfer your invoice will be attached to the confirmation letter you will receive upon completing your registration. Please ensure you pass this invoice to your accounts department for prompt payment, payment is due 1 month prior to the conference (no later than Friday 27th April).


Please note, this option is only available until Friday 27th April.


Payment deadline and conditions:

Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadline to benefit from early/pre onsite registration fees. Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the early bird deadline will be automatically upgraded to the late registration fee.


Cancellation and refund policy:

All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.

Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
