Collect at Box Office

Summary

When you choose this method as your 'delivery method' you will be able to collect your tickets from the box office of the venue in which the event takes place. 

Details

For most of the year the Ulster Bank Belfast festival box office is closed. To open in late August.

Some patrons choose to collect their tickets from the Box Office (commonly reffered to as COBO) or placed as Care of Box Office.

Your Booking reference on your confirmation email will help the box office locate your tickets easily should you have any enquiries regarding  the delivery of your tickets.

Outside the normal box office opening months, you may contact the Box Office manager during a working week Monday - Friday, should you require assistance, details can be found on our contact pages on this website.

Example

"I booked my tickets on the phone / via the internet,  I haven't received my tickets yet, why not?"

Your booking confirmation email, should state the delivery method of your tickets. This may state that your tickets are for "Collection from the Box Office" or words to that effect. You will therefore be able to collect your tickets from the Venue at which the event is appearing.

If the event is in the Waterfront Hall you would collect your tickets from the Waterfront Hall, but only on the night of the event typically an hour before. Until that time they will be held by the Festival Box Office team.

If the event is in the Elmwood Hall at Queen's University, you would collect your tickets from the Elmwood Hall on the night of the event, typically an hour before the performance.
