Non Delivered Tickets

My Tickets have not arrived.
This could be for a variety of reasons from postal strikes to a mistaken address. Perhaps they have not been processed yet, or more commonly it is not within the postal period for the tickets.
There are some standard methods for tickets delivery. If you booked via the Internet, or in person with the Belfast Festival Box Office directly, you should have a confirmation email. It will have some information on the delivery method you chose when you booked your tickets.

Why?
The most common query regarding the non-delivery of tickets relates to those tickets purchased in advance of the event. We don't normally send out tickets until a few weeks before it takes place more info can be found at the links below however.
