Registration CLOSES at 11.00 (UK time) on 25th April.
The online Registration System is now open! You can use credit (not American Express) or debit cards.
You can register with accommodation (recommended) OR without accommodation.
We ask for your travel arrangements; this is to help us gauge how many people will attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening.
You will be able to pay your EHRS membership fees.
Everybody should fill in their own registration forms EXCEPT for those who are sharing their room with non-delegates ie wives/husbands/partners/siblings/ friends etc. Those who share rooms can opt for one big bed or 2 single beds.
Those registering as students should send proof of their student status to EHRS2012@qub.ac.uk.
You will have the opportunity to tell us of any special requirements that you have e.g. food or other allergies, dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian), near lift, no feather pillows etc. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
You will be able to reserve rooms at the Hilton hotel for the special price of £110 single or £120 double bed and breakfast for before and/or after the meeting.
However, if you want to spend time before or after the meeting in the Galgorm Resort and Spa for the special prices of:
Standard Guestroom: £95 B&B per room per night. Reduced from a rack rate of £155.
Superior Guestroom: £120 B&B per room per night. Reduced from a rack rate of £185.
Includes: Full Irish Breakfast, Full Access to the Thermal Spa and Fitness Suite.
