Queen's University hosts many international conferences and the Eventus
team are on hand to advise delegates of local hotels, bed &
breakfast and budget accommodation to suit all delegate needs.
Elms Village
Queen's University Belfast Student Accommodation, The Elms Village, is situated in a leafy residential area. This modern, village-style residence is located 800 metres from the University campus and a 15 minute walk from Belfast city centre. The Elms Village facilities include a restaurant with a bar, launderette, shop and ATM cash machine.
The en suite rooms are in low-rise blocks of 3 floors including a common room with kitchen and television available on each floor. Guests can enjoy discounted use of the nearby Queen’s Physical Education Centre (PEC) and complimentary onsite parking.
Queen's University Belfast’s 1,126 guestrooms feature simple, modern decor; all include Internet connections, desks, and private bathrooms with showers.
The University offers conference delegate accommodation during the summer vacation (mid-June to early September)
