Accommodation is available via the Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau online booking service – please click on the link below to access all accommodation options. Early Booking is highly recommended due to the demand on bednights for the World Police and Fire Games being held in Belfast from 24 July - 12 August 2013.

Queen’s Elms Village

Queen’s Accommodation offers guests university style accommodation close to Belfast city centre. Queen’s Elms Village is situated on the Malone Road in the south of the city and is in a residential area approximately 1.5 miles from the centre of Belfast and the main shopping and entertainment venues.

There is an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance of Elms Village.

The accommodation is configured in single en suite bedrooms and a limited number of double rooms are available. It is suitable for independent travellers and small groups but equally attractive to delegates for some conferences who prefer to stay close to the University campus.

There are 1125 en suite rooms and 505 standard rooms (the latter have wash basin and share a bathroom with 4 other guests). The rooms are in blocks which are 3 floors high and each floor has a maximum of 11 rooms. There is also one large, bright kitchen/common room on each floor which is fully equipped with

cooker/microwave/oven/toaster/ kettle, tea/coffee making facilities, television (terrestrial stations only),a table and benches, and soft seating or sofas.

The bedrooms are furnished to a basic level and have a single bed (double rooms have a double bed),a built-in desk with strip light, there is hanging space and shelving for clothes; the en suite bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, mirror, shaving light and shelf; the shower has a curtain and disposable shower mat.

A toiletries pack and towels are supplied in all our rooms including standard rooms. 

Internet access is available to conference delegates by prior arrangement.

The reception is open 24 hours therefore we can accommodate late arrivals and early check-out. On site car parking is available (for a small charge) and this should be arranged when booking your accommodation.

At the centre of Elms Village is the Treehouse in which breakfast is normally served. There is also a shop, laundry and ATM. Other catering and bar facilities are available and must be arranged in advance when making your accommodation booking.
