Registration is now open and please follow the details below to register and pay to attend the conference.

Conference Early Bird Registration – until Tuesday 30 April 2013

The Conference Early Bird Registration fee is £260 British Pounds Sterling, and includes:

 - Registration and registration pack
-  Entrance into all plenary speaker's presentations
-  A Welcome Reception – Drinks and Canapes
-  2 Evening Receptions – Drinks and Canapes
-  5 Packed Lunches 
-  Tea/Coffee Refreshments (2 per day for 4 days)

 

Conference Full Registration – from Wednesday 1 May 2013

The Conference Early Bird Registration fee is £320 British Pounds Sterling, and includes:

Reduced Student Registration

The Conference Reduced Student fee is £200 British Pounds Sterling and includes:

  - Registration and registration pack
-  Entrance into all plenary speaker's presentations
-  A Welcome Reception – Drinks and Canapes
-  2 Evening Receptions – Drinks and Canapes
-  5 Packed Lunches 
-  Tea/Coffee Refreshments (2 per day for 4 days)

Please note that affliiation and supervisor(s) details are required.  

Student Financial Support/Bursaries

Registration costs for graduate students are reduced below cost. 

The Mammal Society will administer allocation of Student Bursaries. 

Details and application forms will be placed online during February with a closing date of 31 March 2013.

Decisions regarding financial support will be made by 30 April 2013.

 

Daily Rate Registration

The Daily Rate fee is £70 British Pounds Sterling and includes:

  - Registration and registration pack
-  Entrance into all plenary speaker's presentations on the date chosen
-  Packed Lunch
-  Tea/Coffee Refreshments (morning/afternoon)

  

Accompanying persons Registration

The Conference will facilitate an accompanying persons rate. This rate is £75 British Pounds Sterling plus VAT, and includes:

-  A Welcome Reception – Drinks and Canapes
-  2 Evening Receptions – Drinks and Canapes
-  5 Packed Lunches 
-  Tea/Coffee Refreshments (2 per day for 4 days)

 We are organizing a relaxed programme of visits to places of historic and general interest, museums and galleries, principally around the Belfast area focusing on the linen industry, ship-building and local history.  Time will be set aside for independent exploration, ‘tea’ and shopping.  Accompanying persons are also very welcome at the Social Events and Tours.  Further details will be posted in February.
