Information about student accommodation at Queen's and how to apply is available at www.stayatqueens.com. The Accommodation Handbook, Where to Stay at Queen’s, is designed to guide you through your options for living in Belfast and to make sure you know what you need to do in order to arrange your accommodation. It can be downloaded from the above website should you wish to retain a copy.
You should apply online for your accommodation at www.stayatqueens.com. The How to Apply section will guide you through the process. Please note that paper application forms will only be accepted by exception. If you need a paper application form please contact the Accommodation Office.
The closing date for applications is 1 August 2014. Students who apply for accommodation by the closing date will be allocated a place when they are accepted onto a course at Queen’s and meet the conditions of the Allocation Policy which is available to read in full on the Accommodation website.

Your accommodation will be available from 20 September 2014 or 17 September if you are attending the International Students’ Welcome and Orientation Programme.
If you have been accepted by Queen’s and have not heard about your accommodation by the end of August, you should contact their office as outlined above.
