Abstract and Paper Submissions

Abstracts are accepted for track presentations and posters.

The maximum length of an abstract is 500 words.

Each participant can present a maximum of two papers, which does not restrict additional participation in roundtable discussions. The corresponding contact will receive a confirmation e-mail soon after submission. In case the confirmation e-mail is not received, please contact the track chair.

The abstract should summarise:

The aims and objectives of the research you want to present;
The methods used;
The conclusions and implications of this particular piece of research.

Full Papers

All delegates have the option of circulating a written paper to accompany their presentation. If you wish to submit a written paper, please submit by email to the track chair 2 weeks prior to the conference.

Roundtable and other sessions

Suggestions for roundtables and other innovative sessions are also welcome. These roundtables or sessions should be very different in topic and organisation to the conference tracks. They should be used to foster active, in-depth discussion and interaction. Roundtables and proposed sessions should be no longer than 90 minutes in length with no less than 30 minutes dedicated to discussion, questions or interactions with the participants. The topic should be of interest to many conference participants. Proposers should organise presenters and be prepared to lead the discussion session.

Proposals for roundtables and other sesions should include:

Title: Provide the title as it would appear in the program
Proposer(s): Provide the name(s) and contact details of the Proposer(s)
Description: Supply a brief description of the session (max 250 words)
List the suggested speakers, presentation titles, timeline for the Roundtable, and suggested discussion points.
