The Mitchell conference: 'Moving on from Conflict: Lessons from Northern Ireland' was held at QUB on the 22nd and the 23rd of May 2008. There was an extensive program of speakers drawn from the academic and political worlds. Some postgraduates fron Queen's University Belfast and from Georgetown University Washington D.C. also made presentations. Audra Mitchell has collected and editied their presentations together for this special issue.
