ILM success for supervisory staff

Congratulations to the staff who have successfully completed a course designed to improve their supervisory skills and knowledge.
Fifteen support staff from across the University completed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in First Line Management and were presented with certificates by Sean McGuickin, Director of Human Resources.
This is the fifth such programme in Queen’s and senior managers will shortly be asked to nominate next year’s participants from staff who are already supervising.
