Instructions for oral and poster presentations

Instructions for oral preparation:

Authors should prepare oral presentations with a duration of 17 minutes and 3 minutes are reserved for questions. For keynote talks, the duration is 35 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. There will be a Windows based laptop computer that will be available in the session room. Your presentations (Microsoft Power-point only) will be accepted in USB Flash Drive form.  On arrival please proceed to the conference registration desk were you will receive your name badge and conference pack.

Presentations on 6th January - Presentations must be loaded onto the PC in the allocated session room once you have completed registration.

Presentations on 7th January - Presentations must be loaded onto the system in the allocated session room during the poster session on the evening of 6th.

Presentations on 8th January - Presentations must be loaded onto the system in the allocation session room during the poster session on the evening of 7th.

Instructions for poster preparation:

Authors will be asked to be available for discussion during the poster sessions.  We encourage that each poster be formatted to fit a maximum size of standard A1-format (A1 poster size refers to poster size that measures 33.11″ x 23.39″ (594 x 841mm).  Materials to secure posters to the boards will be provided.

On arrival please proceed to the conference registration desk were you will receive your name badge and conference pack including your poster presentation day, location and poster board number.  This number will be on the poster board assigned to your poster and posters should be displayed/removed as follows:

Poster session on 7th January - Please display your poster on your designated board before the afternoon coffee break and remove your poster by the close of the  conference.
